JOB OVERVIEW

I need a VA that will do mainly the following tasks.
I will provide specific instructions through videos, written documents with steps by step procedure to follow in order to use the tools listed below.

Requirements:
- Need to be fluent in written and spoken english
- Need to be well organized
- Need to have experience in using world, power point
- Need to be willing to learn
- Need to provide daily availability (from/to) for quick daily alignments calls

1- content management
- manage content (text) provided: sum up reports, create checklist, extract web url, names/linkedin profiles
- post on linedin and twitter (schedule and manage content done)
- create videos transcript usign tools that transcript videoss
2- cold email /send messagges on linkedin / make and schedule calls with skype
- send emails (with script already done) to contacts that will be provided
- sourcing candidates with linkedin

Tools used
- find, when needed, people on fiver that can create videos from contents, design content
- schedule calls with Calendly, Zoom
- use the CRM Hubspot
- use Trello to see the taks assigned
- Gmail and Google Drive
- Linkedin
