Responsibilities:
Developes a plan of action to organize processes
Works with Manager to determine the plan of action on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis
Creates goals and milestones to develop the tasks
Processes are either developed or provided by Manager
Keeps track of development of processes content produced by Manager
Videos
Written documentation
Sample processes
Closing coordination
Listing coordination
Open houses
Client appreciation events
Past clients database cleanup
Past clients marketing
Tracks each step as the processes are organized and set up
Coordinates marketing events and client activities to promote our business
Organizes Client Appreciation activities for the year
Coordinates the creation of materials for marketing and activities
Creates and dispenses status reports as requested so the team is informed with progress reports

Qualifications:

Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision
Customer service or administrative experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet skills
Should be empathetic to customer issues and strive to improve relationships
