We are looking to add an IT Remote Support Technician to our growing team.

Your role would comprise of the following:
-engage in level 1 and 2 IT and VoIP support activities
-managing inbound client calls
-creating / managing tickets and ensure follow up communication
Your skill set includes
-Windows remote support (OS, drivers, apps)
-Microsoft Office remote support (all versions)
-understanding of TCP/IP and networking basics
-understanding of domain and DNS basics
-Office 365 licence and user management
It's a benefit if you:
-know your ways around Macs as well
-have worked for an Australian IT company in the past
-understand Hosted VoIP PBX phone systems
-have used Datto Autotask and Datto RMM in the past
You are:
-excellent in verbal English
-great in written English
-thrive on making clients happy
-are a team player but can work without being micro managed
-have some experience in IT support in an English speaking setting
-looking for a long time and full time employment with an Australian company
