JOB OVERVIEW

Tasks and Duties

Identify prospects utilizing internet search engines, professional social media, ReferenceUSA database available through the Multnomah County Library website and available industry databases.
Contact these prospects through a combination of phone calls, emails and letters with the intent of soliciting and securing their business.
Continue to follow up with these prospects as required.
Entering data into the appropriate software after each contact.
Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports on the above Upgrade to see actual infopleting the Results of Marketing monthly report within five days of the end of the previous month.
Other tasks of the Remote Marketing Assistant position:
Follow up with all new customers’ first orders on the day of or day after the delivery to the end Upgrade to see actual infond a thank you letter to all new customers.
Follow up on all quotes
Handle all catalog and sample requests
Follow up on these requests
Inform current customers of all of Badge Print Company’s potential services and products.
Contact current customers as necessary to solicit input regarding our level of service, their personnel and needs and any other information that will increase the likelyhood that they will place more business with Badge Print Company.
Contact past customers to determine why they no longer do business with Badge Print Company.
Other tasks as may be assigned by the owner.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Badge Print Company markets exclusively to the USA. While we do sell some products into Canada those are to companies based in the USA. Therefore, excellent English communication skills are required. The ability to compose professional emails, letters and notes is required. The ability to speak English in a voice and manner that is pleasing to our customers and prospects is required. Proof of these abilities will be Upgrade to see actual infomunication with Badge Print Company, specifically the direct supervisor is very important. The only bad question is that which is not asked. Skype chat will be the primary method of contact but phone calls may be necessary also. There should be no reluctance on the part of our employees to engage with any other employee of Badge Print Company.

Once the initial training is completed, the employee will be largely self directed. It will be necessary for the employee to be able to formulate a plan of action, develop a course of action and execute the plan to success. As a remote employee one must demonstrate the ability to eliminate distractions and frustrations to concentrate on the task at hand. Marketing of this nature can, at times, be challenging. It will be necessary to demonstrate determination to continue a task in the face of adversity.

Collecting information and all other tasks will require experience with Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as competent computer skills. Currently, badge Print Company utilizes PipeDrive as our CRM software. While experience with PipeDrive is not required, the skills necessary for successful follow up and tracking of all contacts is, including, but not limited to, documenting each day’s activities and completing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Experience
Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook is required. Mail merge experience is Upgrade to see actual infoemarketing experience is preferred
Sales experience is not necessary but is preferred
