The Job:

As a customer service representative working in the Billing and Global Collections Department, you will be tasked with dealing with our clients, both new and existing, through different processes depending on what service/s they avail. You will also be handling customer inquiries and complaints related to billing and may be asked to escalate some cases to management. By doing this, you will help the company establish a mutual and beneficial connection with the customer. Your contributions will make the company grow and prosper with a strong and loyal clientele base. Our team will be working with and beside you throughout your entire stay. Our strong sense of community will help you grow and become an amazing employee.



What We Expect From You:

You're on the Front Line of Customer Service Resolving Customer Billing issues via Ticket and Email.

Process credit memos for approved adjustments such as late fees

Builds internal and external relationships through exceptional Upgrade to see actual infomunicates billing issues with leadership to ensure timely resolution.

Documents processes to be utilized by your direct peers and leaders.

Outreach to Customers with Past Due / Aging A/R invoices to maximize collection efforts 

Vetting New and Existing customers via??Email and outbound phone to confirm payment information or verify customers marked as fraud

Provides our customers with excellent customer service and a great attitude!

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Microsoft Word and Excel skills 
Strong attention to detail organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and a great attitude!

Other:

Up to 30 Hours Per Week
Training will be provided
Salary Based on Experience
