Hi, my name is Michael Nguyen. I own a growing marketing agency in Dallas, TX and am looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst to analyze companies for acquisitions.

- I've been hiring many talents from the Philippines and I believe Filipinos are hard-working, trustworthy, loyal, and smart.

JOB DUTIES:
Analyze financial statements from the prospectus of companies for sales
Contact with the sellers for missing information/documentation
Prepare financial reports internally
Maintains accurate system information by loading financial data into the database; processing edits/corrections to the data as requested
Audits account data by preparing statistical reports and reasonableness tests
Research, track, and resolve account data and documentation issues
Compile, verify, and/or prepare financial data information and reports
Maintains account records by scanning & filing documents
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support accounting personnel
Monitors and improves the overall data process from the initial data source to the database
Contributes to the overall objectives of the company
Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of administrative data analysis experience
Advanced experience in a Microsoft Windows environment, including proficiency in MS Excel

COMPENSATION PLAN:
- Paid bi-weekly (you must submit invoice)
- Performance bonuses for great work
- 13th Month/Christmas Bonus
- Pay raises awarded based on performance
- For every month that you work, you will receive one paid day for sick/vacation leave (12 Days per Year)
- 7 paid holidays per year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days) + Philipines Holiday
