A business professional is seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant.
Required to work at least 30 hrs/week
15,000 pesos to start per month -Full Time
Please review the following requirements:
- Can work anytime (Open Availability)
- Previous experience as a VA is an asset
- MS Office Proficient esp in Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 20mbps Minimum Internet Speed
- Intel Core i5 Minimum with 8mb RAM
- ability to learn new software
- past experience in a call center or online sales is a plus
- likes working with people
- organizational skills
- willing to learn new skills

- CRM experience is an asset
Responsibilities are the following but not limited to:
-Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
-Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
