Full-Time SEO Specialist

Gamma Web Ltd. is an app-development company based in New Zealand. We have a number of apps in the photo and video and children’s games categories. We are looking to add a SEO Specialist who lives and breathes SEO to join our growing Marketing Team of 14 members. This person understands the technical and creative aspects of the field and is able to develop strategies as well as implement them.

The right candidate will have the following qualifications:

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in SEO.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
- Creative, strategic, and problem-solver
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Knows Google Analytics, Ads, Search Console, and other related Google tools
- Strong experience with website optimization tools
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and analyzing Company sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
- Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
- Develop SEO-driven content for both owned and partner sites, including whitepapers, infographics, social media content, and blog posts.
- Developing and implementing link building strategies.
- Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
- Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid and stay within search engine guidelines.
- Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines.
- Track the impact of SEO and content initiatives, create and deliver recurring progress reports.
- Other related duties assigned
