Web developement and database design

I have a Wordpress website with content that I would like put into a database and displayed in an easy to navigate manner on the front end. I would like the database so that it is structured for easy upkeep. The purpose of the web page is to display educational content and make information available to the user. I am also open to consultation about how to enhance the functionality of the web page to best meet this goal. I am also interested in SEO optimization.
