JOB OVERVIEW

I run a mortgage team that is in the top 1% of all mortgage teams in the United States and I'm looking for a GREAT Virtual Assistant to help us grow our business. I hire for the long term...my #1 team member has been with me for 8 years and I'm looking for someone who wants to grow with us and be a long term member of our awesome team!

Top responsibilities you would have would be:
-Setting appointments for me with Realtors. Some we know very well, some we have already worked with and some we'd like to start working with. The expectation is to schedule 10 appointments a week. This would be your #1 responsibility.
-coordinating monthly lunch and learn events with Realtors. You would send out invites, call to invite the Realtors and follow up on RSVP's. You would also email/text after the events to line up appointments with me to help them implement the ideas we discussed during the event.
-Manage Realtor Thank You program, including setting up quarterly Realtor event, handling invites through Evite, calling and texting Realtors, following up prior to the event via phone and text and also after event to say thank you and ask for referrals.
-follow up on aging leads of prospective clients, with the goal of turning them back over to my team to start the loan application process.
-send out a weekly email to Realtors with a success story of how we helped a client
-manage social sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and run targeted ad campaigns to past clients and Realtors.
-Manage our past client communication. This would include calling our past clients quarterly to check in and ask for Upgrade to see actual info would also include calling recent buyers 30, 60 and 90 days after their home purchase or refinance.
-Enter client data into our CRM (Salesforce) and Homebot. This would be roughly 15-20 new clients every month.
-Create Open House flyers for Realtors through List Reports
-Enter and maintain Realtor partner data every month
-Track team statistics monthly, quarterly and yearly: new leads, new pre-approved clients, closed loans, New Realtor meetings, referrals from each Realtor.
