Description:
Seeking certified talent to solve tickets from our customers or address alerts from our RMM. Technician will be given tools to access systems remote. If issue can not be resolved via remote or timely matter, technician will escalate to desk side
Working Hours:
M-F 8AM–5PM Eastern Standard (Florida, USA)
