We need someone with a very strong English writing and speaking skills virtual assistant. This is a permanent job but a few things you will need to know before you apply.

Salary will be the first 3 months $400 per month after that it will be between $500 and $600 per Upgrade to see actual infopending on how much and how quickly you can learn.

1. You will work only Monday to Saturday (USA-NY)time – cover 9 am to 6.00 pm)
2. You will have to have a VERY good internet connection.
3. Answer customer's call and LIVE chat.
4. Answer customer’s queries via Email
5. Contact suppliers
6. Write product description and Upload products to Shopify
7. Bookkeeping
8. Product research
9. Most customers are from the USA, so the American accent will be an advantage.
10. Sometime you will have to call a customer to find out if they are still interested in buying our products and for an existing customer if they are happy with the products they bought.
11. You will NOT have to do cold calling unless you want to do it for Bonus, but we will not pressure you to do that.
12. You will need to familiar with our products quickly. [We understand it takes time]
13. We want someone honest, well-mannered and can handle an irate customer.
14. This is not a very busy store, you will rarely take more than 2 calls a day.
15. All calls will be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
16. You will be paid monthly.
17. You will have to go through a video interview [Just the face is sufficient].
