The Social Media Analyst & Community Manager is a key social position on the marketing team for Paleo f(x)™.

The ideal candidate will:

Write engaging content that is relevant to our audience, in our voice, and gets people talking / engaging
Plan, create and publish compelling content on social media channels (static, video, live streams, etc.) daily to support and engage our communities
Engage our communities across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including listening to and participating in conversations and sharing meaningful information with them
Create social graphics to support our content strategy with Canva and work with our designer to create graphics for our ads campaign
Collaborate with the content and copy team to promote key events, including contests, our events, monthly initiatives, affiliate offers and more
Be a naturally gifted communicator who enjoys building relationships and turning followers into loyal fans
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Have superior storytelling skills and able to understand the needs of our community
Bounce back from constructive criticism with renewed dedication
Desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself
Demonstrate follow-through and ability to get things done
Adeptly handle multiple moving parts at once

Understand how to leverage tools like Facebook Live, Messenger Bots, and Watch Party to create engagement and social sharing

Job responsibilities include:
Work with our Social Media Marketing Manager to implement monthly and quarterly marketing calendars, including researching + creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring news trends that we can “newsjack” to create reinforce relevance and engagement with our fans
Pay attention to KPIs and create content to improve our engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions
Communicate results and insights with the social media manager and marketing team, and suggest optimizations to our efforts to improve our KPIs
Recruit and engage fans on our social media channels
Manage relationships with consumers and brand advocates
Reply and moderate comments and private messages, including an ability to support with empathy and acknowledge engagement so our audience experiences being heard
Ensure team members are informed if there are any trends appearing on social media which could detract from our brand sentiment
Leveraging tools like Facebook Live, Messenger Bots, and Watch Party to create engagement and social sharing

1-3 years in Community Management preferred
Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Excellent communication skills (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar)
Previous experience in health and wellness industry, knowledge of AIP, Keto, Paleo and GF (gluten-free) diets, autoimmune and thyroid conditions strongly preferred
Advanced time management and interpersonal skills
Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite / G Suite tools and navigating popular social media platforms
We pay 13th month.
