WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who is first an excellent communicator. We’re a well organized global team jumping on and off at different hours and building an amazing product together.

Your role is to own the testing of everything that we create. We want you to understand the original brief, and ensure that everything that gets released out to our wonderful customers does exactly what it’s supposed to - and looks amazing.

You need to be able to learn to wear multiple hats while you work:
Existing Customer
New Customer
Marketer
Designer
Developer


Your typical week will be spent getting across new features with the marketing team, maintaining your own testing accounts and moving quickly to test everything that is built. You need to be able to process and understand, then move quickly and feed content back to multiple people. We also want someone to help design and improve our ideal processes as we go.

You will be a god among the team if you can make this newly created position work as we would love it to (and are pretty sure that the right candidate can make a huge difference very quickly).

WHERE WILL YOU WORK FROM?
Like the rest of the team, you can work remotely from anywhere. But we’re biased and for this role, we want someone who can work from anywhere as long as it’s in the Philippines.

All you need is a place to work and a stable, high-speed Internet connection.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Getting across product direction and our short and long term roadmaps
Maintaining testing accounts
Taking ownership of features and releases at crucial times
Communicating with developers, designs and product owners

OUR REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a testing environment
Can-do attitude
Have an eye for design
Strong attention to details
Strong ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks based on business need and short term impact
Be an excellent communicator with exceptional verbal and written skills.
Be a problem solver with the ability to respond creatively to unexpected situations and turn problems into opportunities.
Be willing to work independently and in a team focused collaborative environment with integration and reporting into the wider team.
Be proactive, self-motivated, willing to learn, and a team player who likes to roll with change.
Quickly become an Ampjar master, jump on board and learn the system like the back of your hand.

NICE TO HAVE
Experience in a product team
Experience using Slack, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Jira and Confluence.
Experience working remotely and in the digital space
