What we are looking for? Someone who.....
- has great business communication skills - (English writing & speaking)
- has EXTREMELY high attention to detail

- can collaborate with and provide information to the external accountants and internal staff


Your future tasks:
- Record cash receipts and applies payments to customer invoices in QuickBooks
- Record factored invoice transactions, record factoring expenses and reconcile to factoring company statements.
- Conduct monthly cash and CC reconciliation
- Maintain schedules reconciliations for major balance sheet accounts (fixed assets, prepaid expense, long-term debt, etc.)
- Maintain invoices in Upgrade to see actual info and reconcile to QuickBooks.
- Keep track of monthly account receivables & payables
- Write checks to vendors and other accounts payable
- Record bimonthly payroll obligations
- Maintain accounting records digitally and electronically
