Top real estate company looking for a LONG TERM employee to help grow our business. We are looking for a smart, flexible, detail oriented and focused administrative assistant to help our busy real estate office continue to grow. We have multiple positions available including marketing coordinator, closings coordinator, quality assurance specialist and Google Adwords specialist as well as helping with miscellaneous office tasks.
Our office values people who are punctual, self-motivated and self-disciplined. There's always something to work on so you'll never be bored! Must be very reliable, have excellent English writing skills (C2 English score required), superb attention to detail, able to remain organized, meet deadlines and multitask. Hours are Mon-Friday, 8:00 am- 5pm CST (1 hr lunch). We use Timeproof and Payoneer which requires a valid ID.
