Customer Happiness Manager

We're looking to add another awesome VA to our team. This is a non-sales role, but includes some phone support. Customer service experience as well as excellent English is required.

Experience is required, and will be tested during the interview. Customer service skills are very important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and Upgrade to see actual infoing H.E.A.R.D. method
- Operations: Managing our daily schedule, including coordination of cleaning staff in the field. Responding to quote requests
- Business Development: Finding opportunities to bring additional customers to the business. Creating a business development strategy and putting it into action.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a quality noise-cancelling headset

- Reliable PC, having a backup PC and mobile hotspot for internet outages is preferred
- Fast Internet
- Comfortable answering and speaking on phone
