Expert Web Designer / WordPress Admin Needed for Full Time, Long Term Job

Looking for an Expert Web Designer Web Developer to join our PH web team!
At least 4 yrs work exp as a web designer and developer.
We offer a long-term full-time position to the successful candidate

Must have excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS and not JUST Wordpress!
Must have links or a portfolio to send us for sites he both designed and developed.
Salary offer 25-45k per month paid on 15/ 30 via Paypal or Xoom
13th-month pay
Internet reimbursement
and other bonuses based on performance
