Job Description:

Hi there! I’m looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to regularly help me with some the following tasks:

* Writing product ad descriptions for items that I buy and sell (flipping)
* Light photo editing (training provided)
* Posting ads to different websites like Craigslist, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, and eBay

I buy and sell items for profit (flipping) -- and need someone who is able to follow step-by-step instructions who can take on this role.

ABOUT ME:

Here’s a few things you should know about me:


* I buy and sell items for profit (flipping)
* I have an online platform where I teach others how to make money flipping things for cash
* We buy items low from places like thrift stores, Craigslist, eBay, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, etc., we take better photos and write compelling ad descriptions, then sell the items for a higher price.
* I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
* I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
* I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)


ABOUT THE POSITION:

* Write compelling ad descriptions and copy for a variety of items
* Ability to research items online or Google similar items, then assemble an ad description that sells (training provided, but having experience or a creative writing or copywriting background is a huge PLUS and will move you to the front of the line)
* Opportunity to take on more work and responsibilities if you do a good job

Other Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for posting all items for sale in multiple different selling channels (Craigslist, Ebay, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, and more).

- Handles all posting of ads, ad renewals, ad updates, ad deletions, ad changes and more.

- Understands each and every different selling channel and their rules & protocols, and makes sure to follow their standards and guidelines when posting to their site.

- Handles eBay listings

- Sets up Facebook Upgrade to see actual info listings in multiple different selling groups.

- Posts items to 2 different Craigslist accounts. Monitors all craigslist ads making sure they are RENEWED regularly (every 48 hours) and at the top of the listings as much as possible.

- Occasionally "Mass" posts a bunch of items to Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook Upgrade to see actual info on Saturday morning


Priority given to those with experience in copywriting, creative writing, and/or writing compelling product descriptions for items like furniture, electronics, knick knacks, jewelry -- basically everything and anything! A huge part of this role is simply knowing how to find answers and Google other similar item descriptions, and knowing how to swipe and steal them and simply ASSEMBLE your own product description.
