eCommerce Sales Assistant (Work From Home)

Primary duties
> Listing Management: Keeping track on listing management, Create new listings, Merge/Split listings, Register listings and Create variation listings
> Sales: Change prices on requests, Change listing info on request on Amazon, Create Lightning deals on Amazon and Create promotions on Amazon
> Marketing Campaigns: Create different sales campaigns in a software tool

To be considered must have:
* at least one to three (1-3) years of sales and/or customer experience;
or a combination of education and experience to which the pre-established practices, procedures, and guidelines to perform the essential functions of the job "
* deep understanding and exposure to eCommerce platforms such as but not limited to Amazon, Trello, SweetProcess, Keepa, DS Amazon, Airtable, GSuite
* accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role, due to the ability to pay attention to detail
* self-motivation and demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and independently
* Strong interpersonal and team working skills, able to communicate successfully with a wide variety of people across all levels

Required
* Must be able to work extended hours – including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
* Possesses proactiveness and determination to understand operation's procedures
* Be comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and be willing to voice an opinion, and strive to do what’s necessary to help grow the company
