Job Description:
- Handle and/or route all incoming communication: SMS,
- Return VMs about properties and check if any call had been missed from night and morning via caller ID. Also check all web leads that came in.
- Set up and confirm appointments between leads and client, log them into schedule board, remind client of schedule for the day
- Simultaneously do comps while assessing a property from clients who call about selling
- Organize all files and images into corresponding folders
- Maintain marketing campaign and track results including all social media formats, Zillow, craigslist, etc.
Requirements:
- Computer (Desktop/Laptop) with at least i3 Processor and 4GB RAM
- Internet Connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS
- Noise Cancelling Headset
- A Quiet Working Area (little to no background noise)
- Back-Ups: Computer, ISP or go-to CoWorking Space (if needed)
