Searching for Customer Service Phone Representatives (starting to take applicants again June 1, 2020)
We are a full service Pest Control firm operating in Southern California looking to add to our Customer Service Representative work force. These positions are for dedicated professionals. This is not a short term assignment. This is full time employment. Our current Filipino staff have been on board for several years. You'll work PST day light hours, so be ready to work your nights.

Juggling multiple customer contacts is the normal here.
• Phone experience is required. 50+ Calls a day is
• Live Chat and Text messaging are increasing in use for our customers.

With these tools you'll manage the customers' accounts. Answering questions about the service, their bill, and their schedule. Our CRM is also used for scheduling our field technicians. You will also communicate with the technicians to ensure our customers are being serviced
CSR utilize:
• An industry specific CRM
• Microsoft Outlook Office Apps: Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc...
• Five9 Softphone
• Messaging App
