Digital Marketing Manager

We are a modern and contemporary brand based in Australia (same time zone as Philippines). We are growing and we are now looking for someone energetic, enthusiastic to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can do a range of activities to improve our brand's digital presence.

Below is a list of tasks (not in any particular order) :

-Increase likes/followers
-Respond to messages received in the active social media accounts
-Find and engage with potential customers
-Reach out and regularly pool brand advocates / social media influencers
-Monitor and respond to brand mentions, reviews
-Manage FB group/s
-Look for the latest trends and create a marketing plan that will increase revenue
-Load calendar with marketing plans
-Post daily on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin
-Study products and services and review incoming products
-Monitor the competition
-Create and schedule blog post 3 to 5 times a week (I will provide content)
-Shopify website updates
-Shopify Dashboard, Google and Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, Instagram Dashboard monitoring and recommendation to improve
-Google & Facebook ads
-Adhoc project management such as, Black Friday and Christmas offers
-Amazon FBA
-Create posts, cover, stories using Canva

We will engage firms to help with SEO, Copywriting and create meaningful content. I need someone to manage the above tasks.

Must:

1. Available immediately
2. Work the FULL ALLOCATED 40 HOURS each week
3. Must be responsive to communication
4. Proactive in looking for ways to improve the processes and come up with strategy for growth
5. Must communicate in advance of any issues or not able to work
6. Show visibility of your work. This helps us to shift tasks based on needs
7. Provide a weekly report on tasks completed and area of focus for the following week
8. Create social media content 2 weeks in advance so we can review and update as required
9. Good spoken and written English skills
10. Be available for video conference every week
