Virtual Assistant

This posting is for a full-time Virtual Assistant position for up to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
-Customer support using Zendesk (Zendesk experience recommended)
-Facebook page moderation
-Creating product listings on Shopify store

Customer support is very important to my business and so having quick replies that satisfies and answers customer’s questions and concerns is a must.
