Position: Full Time
Salary: $4 per hour
Time: 40 hours a week

Job Purpose
To assist the Marketing Lead in his function to generate revenue.
For example:
Finding, creating product images with Photoshop and uploading into Shopify websites.
Create graphics for ads, promotions and contests with Illustrator and Photoshop.
Do copy writing for weekly newsletters and promotions on Mailchimp.
Uploading videos to Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.
Uploading posts for Facebook, Twitter via our Social Media Scheduler.
Creating and managing contests with Upgrade to see actual info.


Skills/Qualifications:
Must be very reliable, show up on time.
Must have graphics talent.
Must be able to write relevant marketing copy.
Must have strong technical skills:
PhotoShop
Illustrator
Google Docs

Skype
FTP

Instagram

Shopify

Must have strong motivation and determination to do the job.

Product Photo Duties
We are looking for someone who can create a good looking product image from vendor sites to our specifications. You will need to be able to figure things out on your own with a minimum of hand holding.
Find images on vendor websites based on requests which you will find on a google doc.
Modify the images in any of the following way (with batch processing if available):
Remove backgrounds
Adjust the color of the product
Resizing and cropping photos
Rename the images with the sku name.
Upload the images via FTP into two different folders.
Update the google doc once complete.
Do miscellaneous image related tasks that come up from Asana.

Copy Writing
We are looking for someone who has a flair with subject lines and can write clear concise copy for promotions and weekly newsletters.

We send 2 emails each week for each of our websites as well as maintaining and enhancing our automated emails.

Create Graphics
We are looking someone who creates consistently good looking graphics.

Under the direction of the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible to create graphics for:
Website Home Page Images
Images for Newsletters on MailChimp
Images for Facebook ads
Images for Upgrade to see actual info contests

Performance Requirements
Do what you say you are going to do by the time that you say that you are going to do it by. If you cannot, provide effective and early communication as to Upgrade to see actual info is never acceptable to not to do the work and to not let the manager know.
Constant Communication: all emails, calls and text responded to in 24 hours. Failure to communicate is not acceptable.
All Asana task have to be complete within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon.
Mistakes allowed, but constant improvement is a requirement.
