We’re hiring a Daily Outreach & Instagram Direct Message Specialist

Diamyn Hall a fast paced BASEBALL MINDSET COACH & SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER who has built an online company based in The United States. He is seeking a motivated self starter to join our team as a daily outreach specialist (on Instagram & twitter).

YOU MUST BE..

- Fluent In English (Written & Verbal)
- Extremely Organized
- Social Media Expert
- Familiar with sports (preferably baseball)
- Fast & effective with communicating on social media
- Able to follow specific instructions
- Ability to focus for long periods of time
- Positive mindset (even in the face of adversity)
- Available 20-30 hours a week (Will become a full time position over the next few months)
- Available 6PM to 12AM Eastern Time

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...

- Sending pre-scripted direct messages to baseball players & coaches who fit a certain criteria on Instagram (100 A Day)
- Sending pre-scripted direct messages to baseball players & coaches who fit a certain criteria on Twitter (100 A Day)
- Must be able to distinguish the kinds of profiles that are our ideal customer before sending the messages. (We will provide training on this)
- Responding frequently to fans, prospects, current customers on IG & Twitter
- Utilizing Asana for communication with the team
- Creating standard operating procedures by watching videos with instructions and writing out the steps
- Admin tasks will evolve overtime as trust is built & you willI be given more work
