Our company is a rising genetics company with a hand in multiple genetic endeavors such as DNA testing and ancestry analysis. Our company’s “primary goal” is to “improve human life.” We provide customers DNA reports that break down their ancestry and unique genetic traits.

We experienced exponential growth in the last quarter. And now, we are hiring once again. We need 8 part time Customer Service / Sales Representative to start ASAP. CSR is expected to handle customer service duties, accept calls from clients, make calls, manage emails, chats and our social media accounts.

Requirements:
1. Fast Internet connection - at least 5mbps download speed and 3mbps upload speed or more (cannot be wireless nor through a data card).
2. You can use a desktop or laptop with at least 2.2ghz processor and minimum 8gb of ram installed.
3. Available 8 hours a day Pacific Time Mon-Fri from 6am - 6pm and weekends.
4. CS phone sales for min 1 year
5. Excellent written and communication skills.
6. Backup electric source and internet in case of an emergency such as ISP downtime and power loss / Interruption
7. USB type headset with a very good noise cancellation feature
8. Webcam is required while working
9. A conducive place without any background noise such as babies crying, dogs barking, on-going construction, roosters, etc.
10. Have a backup PC in case your primary computer would encounter issues.
11. Must have good experience with Microsoft applications.

Call center experience is a MUST.
Base pay is $4/hr + commissions + performance bonuses. Potential to make an excellent commission as we scale, and as you upsell more to (ready to buy) inbound customers. But you must be self-motivated to achieve this level or beyond.
