English Writer & Social Media Expert - WORK NIGHT SHIFT - Full Time & Long Term

We are a construction company looking for someone to help us with writing blog posts, social media posts and replying to prospects on social media. Here is our website: Upgrade to see actual info

*Part of the job will entail replying to American customer messages online so you will need to be ok working the night shift in the Philippines and working weekends. Answering the prospective customer's messages quickly is important.

The pay will start at 25,000 PHP a month and we can pay more as you learn new skills and earn our trust. We would like someone who enjoys learning new things and wants to work with us long term.

THESE ARE THE ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES FOR THIS POSITION:
- 2+ years doing social media on Facebook and Instagram
- 3+ years writing in English
- Provide past examples of social media accounts you have helped on and blog posts/articles you have written
- IQ score on Onlinejobs.ph of at least 105
- Please have your DISC and IQ tests done and on your profile
- Okay working the night shift since our clients are in United States and need to be replied to right away
- Okay working your weekends because that is when it is the busiest time for our social media posting and replying (Can take 2 - other days off minus basic social media checking)
- You have a very stable internet connection not normally impacted by storms
- Fluent English speaking and writing - This is important because it is the majority of the position.
- THIS HAS TO BE YOUR ONLY JOB AND NOT GOING TO SCHOOL - I do not want something else competing for your time and attention to this job. We need someone full time that is committed to working with us for a long time.

The job description:
- I will not track your hours, so as long as all the social media posts are replied to quickly, and your other tasks are completed in a timely manner, I am happy.
- Answering messages online we get from places like Yelp, Houzz, Facebook, etc. We will have pre-scripted messages you will use.
- Answering the prospective customer's messages quickly is important, so you will need to work the night shift Philippine time.
- Working weekend nights Philippine time (Saturdays and Sundays day time in US) to reply to social media posts - it is our busiest days on social media. (you can pick other days to take off or just work fewer hours to equal around 40 hours)
- Going on Facebook and commenting with predefined scripted messages
- Using SocialBee social media software to post images and other items to our social media accounts
- Posting images and videos to our Yelp, Houzz and other accounts
- A few admin tasks
- Writing blog post articles and I will provide example ideas for you

You don’t need to know about construction, we will teach you the basics. You do not need to know how to use our social media software, we will teach you. What we care about is if you are tech-savvy, positive attitude, dependable, detail-oriented, smart with the ability to learn, and a pleasure to work in a team. I have written tutorials and videos for all of the main tasks you’ll do.

I do not track hours and am laid back as long as you follow the instructions and get all of the tasks done in a timely manner.
