Outbound Telemarketer Manager

Ebarle Marketing Services Inc. is a Marketing and Sales company mainly focuses on Marketing and selling Solar base in Florida. We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Telemarketers.

What we are looking for:

- Advanced English Communication (American accent is a plus)
- Excellent Managerial Skills
- Excellent Hiring Skills
- Outbound telemarketing background for at least 5 years
- Willing to work night Shift in PH or 11am-7pm & 1pm-9pm EST
- Easily to work with and must have patience.
- Attendance is very important.
- Fast learner
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Wired Internet and must have computer at least windows 7
- Must have good Headset and quiet background.
- Good Internet speed.

Job Description:
- Managing and train people
- Cold Calling for leads who are interested in solar.
- Pre-qualify them then successfully transfer the call.

Salary:
- For probation starting rate is $2.00 rate per hour for the first 3 months.
- Regular rate is $3 per hour
- For every sold appointment will be $50 bonus.
- Reach 5 sold appointment in a month $100 bonus
- Reach 10 sold appointment in a month $300 bonus
- Reach 25 sold appointment in 3 months $300 bonus extra

Must render minimum 6 hours a day for 6 days in a week.

On probation period you must prove yourself you can do the job by having at least 8 transfer a week for a Upgrade to see actual infote: You will be responsible in hiring your own people.
