JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a few great people to join our expanding team. We are an American based company primarily with contractors from Cebu. We publish YouTube video reviews and drive views to them. We are looking for very bright individuals, who have excellent written U.S. English skills, who want to work hard, learn and contribute to our team.
You will be rewarded with a full-time gig, no jumping from contract to contract, with a company that has a high star rating. We currently have a 4.8/5.0 rating and our average contractor has been with us for 5 years!
But we don't want just anybody, we want the sharpest and brightest that Cebu has to offer, who are willing to work very hard to help us succeed. You will be giving the tools and training to do your Upgrade to see actual infoerested, want in? Write a cover letter telling us why you have to have this!

MUST BE FROM CEBU, PHILIPPINES (Near Mandaue City Area is preferred)
Willing to work in a co-working space near Mandaue City.
Possibility to work some hours from home.
Available at least 30 hours per week.
Willing to work graveyard hours. At least 4 hours mandatory time. 6am to 12 noon Pacific Hours.
Willing to sometimes work over the weekend from home.

Must Possess the following:
Excellent U.S. English communication skills including ability to write
Keyword Research Skills
Understanding of YouTube Analytics
Adept at using Google Documents, Spreadsheets, Skype, Microsoft Office Suite
Submit DAILY task report
Manage Gmail and YouTube Accounts
Publish videos on-time
Optimize YouTube videos for Search and Discovery
Coordinate with video editors and graphic artists
Optimize Channels
Notify the off-page team for published videos
Tweak video titles, description and tags as recommended by the off-page team
Quality check edited videos
