Junior Graphic Designer

Job Overview
Gross Consulting Inc. is looking for a graphic designer to lead in-house design efforts at our company. The successful candidate will have a strong design sensibility and be a team player.

Job Responsibilities
- Design all collateral for the company, including advertisements, social media images, printed materials, signage, etc.
- Gather content for designs, including written content and images
- Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the team

Job Qualifications:
-High level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Suite tools
-Very creative with a strong design sense
-Ability to take feedback and direction
-Strong attention to detail
-Deadline-oriented
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Other requirements
1. We need someone who can do 4 hours of free trial/shadowing so we can better assess your skills.
2. Flexible and open to different work schedules (shifting)
3. Available for at least 20 hours per week or more.
4. Has a wired stable internet connection with at least 10 MBPS.
5. Has a noise-canceling headset and a webcam for interviews and meetings.
6. Able to communicate in English.
