VA COPYWRITER (FULLTIME)

Hey there! We're looking for an awesome copywriter to join our team! We pay on time and you'll work with a bunch of caring and fun people at the comfort of your home!

What we are looking for:
A highly creative writer with an understanding of direct response writing, brand building, fundamentals of advertising. Ability to clearly communicate and articulate ideas. Prior experience in copywriting and concept development for ads would be an added advantage.

Job scope:
• Write copy and develop conceptual ideas for ads across a variety of clients, niches, and industries
• Work under the supervision of senior writers on projects from start to finish, including competitive research, concept development, ads production & ads post-production
• Conduct thorough market/audience research in various niches to identify new opportunities for new ads campaign strategy
• Collaborate with other team members on concept development and execution
• Contribute to creative brainstorm sessions with internal team members
• Deliver copy and manage revisions thoroughly and quickly

Job requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English is a must
• A strong desire to develop clients' businesses through creativity
• A sample or portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong grasp of the fundamentals of advertising
• Self-disciplined and effective time management skills to handle copywriting in multiple projects & formats simultaneously
• A positive attitude, confident communication skills, full of ideas
• A growth mindset, values continuous learning and improving skills
