Media Buyer/Ads Manager *Experienced

Im looking for an advertising manager/media buyer for my digital marketing company. Please read the following job post and respond to the questions at the bottom. I need to hire someone who is skilled in setting up, managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ads (maybe google ads/adwords and Youtube too if need be) to help you gain brand awareness + clients.

Are you skilled in setting up, managing and optimizing FB ads?

It would be helpful if you also had the following skills: (Although not all are necessary! Just want to know if you have some of these skills)

Graphic design/Content/Imagery - Laying graphics over static images and videos

Conversion pixels/codes installation - To properly set up pixels and install them on a website(s)

Content/Ad Text - Please let me know if you have capability to write the advertising text (and if you feel comfortable doing this)

Campaign specifics - Are you creative in thinking about using specific targeting parameters in advertising certain products or services?

Can you manage a team of media buyers/ad managers and can you train people?

Are you capable of tutoring the skills for this job to other people via Screenshare?
