Experienced SEO Specialist

Hello! We're excited to find an experienced SEO specialist to partner with our growing agency. We are sold out to SEO as a core discipline of our team and have an over 94% average keyword rank increase across 5 years of serving our local and national clients. The right candidate for this position will be passionate about SEO and excited about the constant challenge of seeing a keyword ranking plan come together. We have a proven process for ranking local business websites, but are looking for fresh ideas and experience to strengthen our growing team and SEO excellence. As white-hat as we can be, we are a grey-hat organization with an adamant "Do-No-Harm" mentality and a desire to see results for our clients by bending only the right rules in the right ways. Having experience with both white-hat and black-hat SEO techniques is welcomed.

You will work daily with a great team to help address underperforming or inconsistent campaigns. You will work with our SEO Strategist and SEO team to assist in implementing the recommendations for our client's SEO campaigns. While we look forward to your experience, we also require the person to fill this role to have a teachable personality. You will need to learn and implement existing SEO processes and systems. As you grow with us, you'll be asked to directly assist with developing systems for more automation and cost-effective rankings.

We require at least 3 years of SEO experience with both on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Please be prepared to display detailed knowledge of previously successful campaigns and explain the processes that led to your success. If other members of a team provided parts of the success, please be prepared to speak to what you contributed to the success of the campaign.

Job Requirements:
• Analyze, strategize, and execute SEO plans for local and national businesses.
• Expand SEO planning into executable plans.
• Work with a team of content writers, designers, SEO specialists, and onboarding assistants to build, organize, and deliver small business rankings on schedule and within budget limits.
• Possess a complete grasp of current SEO methods and stay dedicated to changing trends.

Experience/Skills Requirements:
• 3 Years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Linkbuilding & On-page SEO experience.
• Excellence in completing a task list with deadlines.
• Web development experience (helpful, but not required).
• PBN's experience (helpful, but not required).
• Scaled outreach (helpful, but not required).
• White hat outreach experience (helpful, but not required).
• Experience identifying and repairing technical SEO issues.
• Excellent grammar and written English is a MUST.
• PPC/Adwords experience (helpful, but not required).

• Ahrefs
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Google My Business & other Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• We use Teamwork (Project Management System)
• Timedoctor (Hourly Tracking)
• Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suites
• Screaming Frog (or equivalent Crawler)
• Pro Rank Tracker (helpful, but not required)

Skill Summary Requirements:
• Conversational English Speaking Ability a MUST.

• Marketing and SEO Experience.
• Web Development / Wordpress Development Experience Appreciated.

Hours/Network Requirements:
• Must work during the hours of 8:00 am- 4:00 pm US Central Standard Time
• You should have a consistent and quiet working environment with a steady internet connection.

Type of Work:
Part-Time to Start (25-30 hours/week) | Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week) within 3-6 months, pending performance reviews
