VERY IMPORTANT: We only accept applicants from Iloilo, Aklan, Capiz, Bacolod, Guimaras, and nearby regions. We require our employees to work in the office from time to time. The training will be held in our Office at Mandurriao, Iloilo City, after the training, you may go Home-based or stay Office-based.
We are a Canadian company and is duly registered in the Philippines. We need 15 Virtual Assistants to start ASAP.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform lead generation, appointment setting,
- Manage the client's data sheet and organizing daily tasks
- Social media management: LinkInd,
- Answering/forwarding
- Create promotional campaigns and events
Job Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills via phone,
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs, Calendar, and other Google apps
- Organized, detailed-oriented and resourceful
- Can work with less supervision and proactive
- Basic understanding of the business operation, including budgeting, creating business and marketing plans, contracts and agreements and time management
