Fulltime T-Shirt Designer for a European T-shirt Company

Hello,

we are a European T-shirt company, have been on the market for over 5 years and have already sold 100.000 T-shirts worldwide.

As our business grows, we are looking for 3 new employees for our young, ambitious and creative team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- Full-Time T-Shirt Designer (40 hours/week) for a long business relationship
- Professional in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or any other related software)
- You can draw and start this with a sketch with a pen! We do not accept Stock Vectors from Shutterstock, Freepik, Pixabay or similar.
- Already experienced in t-shirt design
- Knowledge in Trademark (do not infringe Trademarks)
- You can work with Google Drive and Google Spreadsheets
- Responsibility, accuracy and I must be able to rely on you
- Good English Communication

WHAT ARE WE OFFERING:
- Fixed monthly salary + Recurring bonuses, depending on work is done
- monthly salary can go from $400 to $1000 depending on the work
- Long business relationship (at least 1-2 year)
- Easy communication via Skype, Google Drive


WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO DO?
We only look for the best designers for our business. That's why we want to convince ourselves of your work beforehand! If you make it into the shortlist, we will send you 3 links or ideas of T-shirts. You have to create these 3 unique ideas yourself and send them back as soon as possible. The 3 best designers will get the job and will work for us! :-)
