JOB OVERVIEW

I need someone who has experience in Live chat, phone chat, email chat are all required.. I have multiple ecommerce store selling multiple physical product. Training will be provided. one ecommerce store is selling adult products, so make sure you're okay with this.

*You will be doing support. Pre-sale support, customer service, Upgrade to see actual infoone + chat + email
*Be able to calculate sale numbers and put it into excel.
*Great communication skills, you must be able to communicate to my supplier and to me.

While and after doing support, you'll be managing social media account, posting pictures, engaging with social media and comments. Finding links to post on fb accounts.

We'll use dropbox for file sharing, skype for communication, hubstaff for screen capture and timer, and paypal for biweekly payments.

You'll need to submit your government ID upon hiring as I'm trusting you with my accounts, and credit card info.

- Log in to Chats, make sure its always online while on shift
- Open Skype, for supplier updates on concerns
- Open Gmail accounts
- Respond to emails first
- Update orders on backend for new ship outs (Aliexpress sends email when an order ships out as well as, if no email for pills)
- Check new orders on to filter fraud
- Update excel sheets for new orders, order numbers, pricing and tracking numbers
- Check Facebook (respond chat inquiries on pages
- Search for content to schedule 1 post per day
- Place orders
- If you see redflag on orders, confirm by asking card image via email
- If shift not done, default is you should be online on all chat platforms and checking emails once in a while
- On weekends or when nothing too much to do, track orders not delivered, see excel sheet for reference (helpful to notify customers when they items are attempted to be delivered, orders returned, order not delivered or delivered to wrong address (to dispute on ali)
