I need someone who has experience in Live chat, phone chat,
*You will be doing support. Pre-sale support, customer service,
*Be able to calculate sale numbers and put it into excel.
*Great communication skills, you must be able to communicate to my supplier and to me.
While and after doing support, you'll be managing social media account, posting pictures, engaging with social media and comments. Finding links to post on fb accounts.
We'll use dropbox for file sharing,
You'll need to submit your government ID upon hiring as I'm trusting you with my accounts, and credit card info.
- Log in to Chats, make sure its always online while on shift
- Open
- Open Gmail accounts
- Respond to
- Update orders on backend for new ship outs (Aliexpress sends
- Check new orders on to filter fraud
- Update excel sheets for new orders, order numbers, pricing and tracking numbers
- Check
- Search for content to schedule 1 post per day
- Place orders
- If you see redflag on orders, confirm by asking card image via
- If shift not done, default is you should be online on all chat platforms and checking
- On weekends or when nothing too much to do, track orders not delivered, see excel sheet for reference (helpful to notify customers when they items are attempted to be delivered, orders returned, order not delivered or delivered to wrong address (to dispute on ali)
