T-Shirt Designer

Hello,

We are a German company that sells t-shirts and clothing all over the world. We are looking for a new, motivated and talented designer to join our team and to establish a long-term partnership. Your tasks will be to create abstract designs, lettering designs and a combination of both.

REQUIREMENTS:
- You have to create the designs by your own (not purchase from other platforms or individuals, not borrowed, not copied);
- The designs have to be unique, creative and unavailable on the market;
- Great knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator or any other related software (Photoshop is preferred);
- Basic knowledge in trademark and copyright (don´t do Disney or Marvel designs);
- Google Drive and Skype (for communication and data transfer);
- Good English skills for the designs and the communication;
- A responsible work attitude. We expect honesty and reliability from all our designers. We demand it from you and you can expect it from us in Upgrade to see actual infothing you send us was ever and will be never sent in the future to anyone else (you give us the exclusive and sole rights on the design);

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:
- 2-4$ per design (a growth is possible). Our designers that work with us full-time earn in average 800$ per month;
- A good bonus system. One example is a monthly 50$ bonus that is being played out between all designers;
