We are looking for a Guest Relation Liaison to provide a fantastic 5* booking, Check-in & management service for our serviced apartments across the UK.
* Manage & arrange smooth check-in/out instructions for guests
* Follow up with guest during their stay to ensure high end customer service
* Respond to all enquiries via our Property Management portal - Guesty
* Report any building-maintenance issues directly to Management Team
* Provide the rest of the management team with reports from the bookings system when required
* Other Ad Hoc tasks as required
