JOB OVERVIEW

Treats (Upgrade to see actual info) is a subscription box company for international snacks! We have a full-time, remote team of 6, and we are seeking a fluent English speaker who can join us on the Customer Service team!

We're looking for a motivated individual to join us and grow with us as a team. As part of our team we want to make sure you grow as an individual and learn new skills as part of your experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Your role will be to respond to customer emails and messages sent to our customer service email address and social media channels
- Your role will also include answer inbound calls from customers and address their concerns
*We will coach you on how to best respond to emails as well as provide a template/guideline for how to deal with the different customer requests we receive*

Requirement:
- The main requirement for this job are that you can write and speak grammatically proper English (It would also be beneficial if you have previously learned English in the United States or have spent years speaking English on a regular basis)
- You must be a responsible individual with strong ability to follow instructions, strong attention to detail and ability to think critically
- Please be comfortable with social media (Facebook/Instagram) customer support
- Past and proven customer service experiences will help (please provide as much detail as possible about your previous work experiences)

Hours of work:
-The hours of work are flexible and you can work any location (as long as you have reliable access to internet), but you are expected to 6 days a week and work for an average of 20-30 hours a week or more
