Must Love Dogs

I am a busy "new executive" and I am overwhelmed. I live in NYC. (New York, NY) I have a pet store and I sell expensive dogs as pets. I also receive a lot of personal calls and emails. I am looking for someone to receive my phone calls, and emails.

Then take these phone calls and emails and simply take notes. and 3 times per day send me a summary of the phone calls and emails. (If something is an emergency you can transfer them to me).

Also i receive a lot of phone calls to the business, these are people asking questions about "exotic dogs". It is a plus if you love dogs. You will have a script of responses you can say, if you are good then you will not need a script.

Marketing: Also looking for someone with social media and marketing experience, if you have experience writing a blog or "how to guide for new puppy owners" or anything dog related, It would be a plus if you could also write blogs.

My email will work the same way.

If someone sends an email, I just need a summary of what want.
If you an manage a schedule, or set meetings, i can provide a phone that you can use to make calls and organize my calendar.
