We are a growing ecommerce store looking for an Operations Assistant to help with order fulfillment, logistics and data entry. This job requires extremely high attention to detail, patience and candidate must be a very careful and attentive person. You must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as you may occasionally need to
Main Duties include:
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Managing and Organizing Invoices, PO’s and Receipts
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Organizing Order Data
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Solving Order Issues with Suppliers and Customers
• Other Basic Operations and Administrative tasks
Working times would be US working hours. Training is provided and compensated. There will be an initial 1-month trial period for $160 and the salary will increase to $180/month thereafter, with opportunities for promotions and/or full-time work depending on performance.
