Part Time E-commerce Orders Processor

We are a growing ecommerce store looking for an Operations Assistant to help with order fulfillment, logistics and data entry. This job requires extremely high attention to detail, patience and candidate must be a very careful and attentive person. You must also have proficient English writing and speaking skills as you may occasionally need to email, chat or speak on the phone with customers or suppliers.

Main Duties include:
• Processing and Fulfilling Orders
• Managing and Organizing Invoices, PO’s and Receipts
• Recording Orders and Tracking Information
• Organizing Order Data
• Uploading New Products / Revising Existing Products
• Solving Order Issues with Suppliers and Customers
• Other Basic Operations and Administrative tasks

Working times would be US working hours. Training is provided and compensated. There will be an initial 1-month trial period for $160 and the salary will increase to $180/month thereafter, with opportunities for promotions and/or full-time work depending on performance.

Just want to make sure you are good with the following:

1. I will pay you every week with Paypal to start
2. You will work 20 hours a week
3. You will be able to work from either 10pm-2am or 4am-8am Philippines time
4. You have excellent English speaking skills and are ok with occasionally speaking with customers and suppliers over the phone
5. You will send me an email every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:

a. What did you do today? (detailed description)
b. What issues did you run into?
c. Is there anything I can help you with?
