Sales Representative - Leads Follow-up by phone - Starting next week!

Thank you for your interest in this job posting. I am looking to hire Sales Representatives to follow-up on qualified leads. I am launching a startup and need to contact by phone a list of potential clients who will have already been contacted during a customer interviews round. I need a team of excellent English-speaking callers to contact the businesses and offer our services of online reputation management aimed at restaurants in Canada.

The Job Role:
- Call a list of qualified leads in the restaurant industry in Canada (list provided with information gathered during customer interviews).
- Follow-up on missed calls or when it is not possible to reach the manager or owner of the business.
- Promote our services with a provided list or arguments and convince the client to agree to an in-person meeting.
- Gather information on the lead to better tailor the service offer.

As this is my first ever outsourced hire, please appreciate that there will likely be a few bumps and hiccups along the way. However, through working together and communicating with each other a lot for the first few weeks, we will be able to streamline the process. If you have ideas that you feel would improve your workflow, you are welcome to tell me and I will do my best to implement.

I would love to make your role as quick and easy as possible for you. I will provide the winning candidates a list of contacts and a PDF that details the sales pitch. You will also have access to a Google account to access a shared spreadsheet containing the contacts and an online questionnaire to fill with the responses.

Looking for part time, 20 hours per week, with a first trial run of two weeks. A list of 30 contacts will be provided each week, which should all be contacted. Target number of conversions is a minimum of 15 per week. Longer term collaboration will be possible based on results.

Need to start at beginning of next week.

IMPORTANT: Must be fluent in spoken English, as you will be calling on the phone through an online platform.

ALSO IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING FOR THE POSITION: Working schedule has to be coordinated with the opening hours of the businesses in Canada. Best time to reach the restaurants is from 11:00PM to Upgrade to see actual info your application, could you mention any relevant experience you have in regards to this specific project and how you think you should be the best fit for our needs.
