Project manager for Dropshipping Business

I am looking for a project manager for my dropshipping business.

I currently have 2 successful stores and I want to expand and take the next steps.
I have a customer service team and currently work with freelancers.

What am I looking for?
Someone I can use as a point of contact. I no longer want to be in contact with everyone and everything. She / he can manage the team, look for new team members or freelancers and above all help me and support the daily tasks.
