Overall Marketing Strategist - help with me my website, copy, brand and funnels

My business is stuck and I need help!

I am the typical "stay at home mum" business owner - I have built my own website, write my own blogs, do my own email marketing and manage my own social media accounts. So far it is going ok, but I want to step it up to the next level and that's why I need you! I am self-taught and know a little bit about wordpress, SEO and content writing but not enough to get more leads and sales - so I need your help!

I need you, to not only do the work but also teach me (some of it!) as we go. I need someone who is -
- confident
- organised
- pro-active

I love to work with people who give direction, offer advice and tell me exactly how it is. Even though you would be working for me, you will be the expert in this area and so I expect you to give me strong direction - pretty much boss me around when it comes to your area of expertise!

First Priority - my (wordpress) website needs work! Better structure, better content, better copy, better SEO. But......I'm also looking for someone who will consider the entire user experience and work with me to integrate social media and email to develop a full marketing strategy - I don't expect you to be expert in all of these individual things, but I do need someone who can look at my entire brand and funnel experience for my customers.

A strong understanding of "the stats" is also a definite requirement - so that we can dive deep and see what's working, where traffic is coming from and how we can improve.

- copywriting / content writing
- SEO knowledge
- overall marketing strategy expertise

My business is within the natural health and wellness space - it incorporates a Network Marketing business (d?TERRA essential oils) as well as affiliate marketing, with my long term goal to branch out further (writing a book, producing t-shirts - this is just a dream at the moment!). An interest in this area would be an added bonus.
