JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for an online headphones brand.

Ideal candidate must have experience in providing the best customer support to clients, must have excellent English skills, willing to learn, and loves new challenges and opportunities. We're looking for the perfect employee whom we can invest and work with as this is a long-term position with lots of opportunities, learning, and new tasks.

Duties:

1. Customer Service & Technical Support - Answer customer queries, resolve technical issues via Amazon Seller Central, Freshdesk, Gmail
2. Process Refunds and Replacements
3. Submit Daily and Weekly Reports

Skills in:
1. Microsoft Office
2. Amazon Seller Central (Advantage, not a must)
3. Shopify (Advantage, not a must)
4. Freshdesk (Advantage, not a must)

You should be:

1. Not currently employed (No part-time or other full-time job) as we require you to focus on this job to excel
2. Able to work from Monday-Saturday 6 am to 3 pm PH time
3. Able to work with enthusiasm and efficiency
4. Have positive energy and a very positive outlook in life
5. Have reliable internet and power service
6. Able to work smart and independently
