JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Night Shift customer service associate aand Social Media Moderator.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable person to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers' experience whilst working as One Team, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

1. Moderate the comment section of our facebook and instagram post. Reply to comments and handle customer queries
2. Respond to emails in a timely manner and handle customer concerns following the customer service template provided.
3. Navigate through our admin and solve customer queries and problems
4. Update customers on the status of their orders
5. Respond to admin messages


Qualities we are looking for

1. Must have an excellent attention to detail
2. Must be able to work night and not have any other commitments during the day time that might make you tired at night. e.g (Another job during the day) - if we find out you do, your contract will be terminated, as we need someone focused.
3. Must have 1 year customer service experience in ecommerce, experience with shopify/big commerce platform. Knowledge of customer service ethics
4. Well spoken English, must be able to communicate efficiently in written and spoken english.
5. Ambitious and willingness to grow
