Marketing Specialist/IT Developer

Marketing:
• Develop and execute online marketing efforts for all business units and across various platforms i.e. AdWords, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Design all digital and print marketing
• Work directly with the President and COO to develop strategies to increase lead generation, execute on the strategies
• Continuously optimize campaigns improving upon KPIs
• Manage digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Social) campaigns
• Manage print campaigns (direct mail, traditional media, etc) via excel
• Manage social media accounts and ad campaigns
• Understand all facets of marketing

IT Developer:
• Must know php is a plus
• Must KNOW COMPUTER and do desktop support
• Must be able to learn NEW systems

• Required Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills (oral, written, and listening).
• Graphic design
• PPC/SEO/Facebook Ads/Instagram and other social media strategies
• Responsible, accountable and excellent work ethic – punctual and reliable.
• STRONG organizational skills. Attention to detail.
• Focused and results goals orientated
• Ability to work in a (small) team environment.
• Proficient in time management with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• MUST BE COACHABLE.
