Real estate VA for skip tracing and lead generation

We are looking to immediately hire a part time (20 hrs/week) virtual assistant to help us generate leads for our real estate business. The duties to perform are:
• Skip trace home owners for contact information
• Confirm information found for prospects by phone / email / text
• Email / text contacts to offer our services and setup appointments
• Keep track of prospects that have been contacted in a centralized Excel sheet in Google
• Provide a daily report of activities in the form of an Excel report of addresses researched and the results
Requirement (please DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE ABILITIES):

• Previous experience with real estate lead generation
• Previous experience skip tracing people; we will provide a name and address and you will be responsible to find email address and phone number(s)
• Knowledge on using Excel
• Knowledge on using Skype
• Experience on working with US customers and the demands of the time zone difference
• Fluent written and spoken English language is a must.
