Seeking VA with attention to details

We are looking for a bright self-starter to help manage listings on Amazon. You do not need prior Amazon experience but you MUST be an advanced Excel user, highly organized, and extremely detail oriented. Typical work includes researching products, data entry, editing listings, cropping images, uploading photos and generating reports.

The right candidate is:
- Smart and eager to learn
- an excellent communicator with fluency in written, spoken and conversational English
- detail oriented and methodical - Doesn’t make careless mistakes.
- able to self manage and stay focused
- Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple priorities

You must be very comfortable with Excel. This means you are experienced with vlookups, filters, and pivot tables. (You will be tested on your Excel skills.) You must be able to make basic edits to images in Photoshop or Gimp – resizing, cropping, and exporting. As we said, you don't need to know anything about Amazon. As long as you are eager to learn, we will teach you everything you need to know.

Key responsibilities include:
-Generating reports
-Submitting tickets and working with support to resolve issues
-Product research
-Adding new products
-Data entry - Improving Product Titles, descriptions, and other listing content
-Photo editing
-Analyzing Sales data
-Market and competitive research

Sales, marketing or SEO experience are a plus. Previous "virtual" work is a plus.

You would need to work EST 9-5, Monday to Friday. We are seeking long term employees. If you join us you will have a path for advancement, take on more responsibility, and make more money.
